And as a level 53 weapon, it's a must for those grinding to hit Borderlands 3's new level cap. This perhaps plays into its role in Mayhem Mode 4, as it can and will do everything. The fire damage itself will melt enemies, while the cryo ricochets will slow or even freeze enemies, giving players an element of control that is typically unfamiliar with damage output. It'll also be far more interesting, as the fire-to-cryo effect is far more impressive than one might think in Borderlands 3. Players who have struggled there should just rock a Wedding Invitation, and it'll be far easier. Even without the proper Borderlands 3 anointment, its high damage output is insane, and this is perhaps most evident in Mayhem Mode 4. The Wedding Invitation makes a compelling argument for itself as to why it's so great: the elemental Jakobs sniper rifle, the element changing ricochet, the possibility of god rolls, returning ammo, and general fun gunplay.
